The Foolish Monkey

One day, a monkey saw a man sharpening a sword near the river.
Curious, the monkey waited until the man left, then grabbed it.
He felt powerful, swinging it from branch to branch.
Birds flew, deer fled — the jungle feared him.
But while chasing his reflection, he tripped and fell.
The blade sliced his leg, and he howled in pain.
Still proud, he limped around declaring himself “King Steel-Tail.”
Soon, he couldn’t climb trees, couldn’t play, couldn’t eat.
He threw away the sword, angry at its betrayal.
Moral: Power in foolish hands becomes a burden, not a blessing.
